Team Standards
All our bookkeepers are required to fulfill 4 standards – education, experience, testing & training:
Minimum of Cert IV in Finance-Bookkeeping
Minimum 3 years experience
Successfully completed the our Skills Assessment
Successfully completed our Training Module
We use a combination of skill assessment tools to test the applicant’s proficiency in the respective software and general bookkeeping skills. This must be completed successfully before they have an interview. This helps enormously to weed out inexperienced candidates.After this we interview applicants and evaluate not just based on technical proficiency but also the alignment with our mission and core values.Once selected they complete our Training Module – an intensive theoretical and practical training in all aspects of our Bookkeeping System before qualifying as one of our bookkeepers.

Yvonne immigrated from South Africa to Perth in 2007. Married in 2012 to Luke and now has two young boys. She has a desire to create a lifestyle of balance between work and family for herself and those around her. Yvonne's knowledge and experience has given her the capacity to help businesses: small or large, but it’s her passion in being a Mother, a Wife and an Entrepreneur that equips her to aid your business in running more efficiently and allow you to have time for all the titles you carry in life.Yvonne has a B.Com from Curtin University and has been working in accounts since 2009. Her education as well as her experience means she conducts her work with accuracy and service at the highest quality. Yvonne is a qualified BAS Agent (25402193) with the ATO, a MYOB Certified Consultant, Xero Certified Partner and Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Her practiced position will provide you with the right information to make your business run as effortlessly and efficiently as possible.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Luke, originally from Adelaide, South Australia is married to Yvonne and has two boys. His passion is to bring the absolute best out of people, and to help businesses thrive to make the community a great place not just for now but for the generations to come.Owning and working in multiple businesses in the branding and marketing industry since 2005, his skill set and experience brings confidence and perspective to our team that helps us to put our best foot forward.Luke is also a Xero Certified Partner, Quickbooks ProAdvisor and Hubdoc Certified Partner.
